Accomplishments that I'm proud of

  1. Able to run Freshconnect adapters inside marketplace-app
  2. Proud that we solved one of the major pain points today with the customers who are using multiple Freshworks products.

What I learned

What's next for Eagle Eye

  1. Leveraging this idea to capture collaborative contexts and Ticket contexts in chat widget powered by Freshconnect.
