We as a team thought that having conversation when in need of help would help bring some comfort or feeling of not being alone, thus having a web application trying to converse with the user (think Clippy from Microsoft Word).

We thought that we would make an empathetic web application to show the user various ways to get help, such as being given information and resources, identifying what the user is feeling, how to deal with what the user is feeling, or contacting help. We also wanted to be able to let this application help connect users because we think that comfort and help is best with someone familiar.

We also thought it would be best if the app was as simple to use as possible, so the main navigation features is up/down scrolling and clicking. The user only needs to scroll down or up and click to get the information they need to see.

Our key feature we are most proud of is displaying the ThoughtSpot locations nearby the user in a 5km radius, as shown on a map. We also liked the scrolling feature that loads the view when needed.
