IT, HR, Sales are spending a lot of time and cost for legal functions on lawyers, printing documents, signing them, making photocopies and sending them back to other parties. At the current times, a software would require a person to create a document using Microsoft Word, Google Docs, etc. and add names of the two parties below the Document and affix the dates and get both Parties to sign the Document.
What can be done
- Users will be able to upload or write documents directly to the cloud using the Mobile or Web Interface.
- Feature to add people who needs to sign using mail and mobile number.
- The ability to add spaces for signatures.
- Every person who needs to sign will receive a mail and mobile text message with relevant information.
