Inspiration

There is very low transparency in the Administration. This prompts many people to not get involved at all. For a smart and inclusive city, this is one of the biggest challenges that need to be tackled.

What it does

It is a platform to link common people and people with power and authority. Also to track the progress of the grievances

How we built it

We built to using Python 2.7 Web Framework Django and have used Materialize CSS for the front-end.

Challenges we ran into

Facing technological challenges such as integration of Django forms with Materialize.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We were able to create an open platform where users can track their grievances.

What we learned

We learn Django and integrating forms with frontend frameworks

What's next for E-Gov

Polishing and Removal of Bugs. Adding new features like grouping complaints according to their location.
