Inspiration
Motivation During a conference I attended last month in FCT, Abuja, Nigeria. It was discussed how E-naira can be implemented into our daily activities and be accepted as a legal tender throughout the country.
What it does
The Application allows you to process payment fast and efficiently with E-naira without any extra charge.
How it was built
This application is being built with MERN stack as well as PayPal's API to test the application.
Challenges I ran into
Building the application, I realized that if a payment via E-naira is unsuccessful it will take a couple of days to reverse the money back to the customer
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Honestly, Building this project from scratch is up what I am proud (Almost done :)). I started my journey in tech about a year ago and I have been able to balance it along side my day job. Being able to balance both of these is what makes me happy.
What we learned
I have learned a lot through these process. Hours of research on stack overflow. I feel like I have become a better React developer during this process.
What's next for E-commerce App that accepts E-naira payments
Th final goal is to leverage E-Naira to facilitate international remittances and FX exchange through the education sector.
