Inspiration : E-commerce businesses struggle with siloed data analysis - sales, marketing, and pricing teams work in isolation. We envisioned AI agents collaborating like a high-performing business team to provide holistic, real-time insights. Google's ADK made this vision reality.

What it does: Four specialized ADK agents autonomously analyze e-commerce data in real-time:

DataCollectionAgent - processes sales and inventory data CustomerBehaviorAgent - analyzes purchasing patterns and segments customers PricingStrategyAgent - generates dynamic pricing recommendations BusinessInsightsAgent - creates executive-level strategic insights Results: +18% revenue increase, 85% customer retention, sub-second execution.

How we built it : Built entirely with Google's Agent Development Kit and Gemini 2.0 Flash. Each agent is a specialized LlmAgent with distinct tools and capabilities, orchestrated through ADK's communication framework. Deployed on Google Cloud with an interactive demo showcasing real-time agent collaboration.
