There are so many online stores where you can buy stuffs. But how many of them are user friendly? How many will allow talking with a store representative? What if you want to know about the product from a person itself than just a random online review? What if there was a tool that allowed interactive communication between the customer and the store person? We tried to minimize this “gap” in correct product information commonly faced by the customers. We have developed a Digital Concierge with a support facility that the customers can use to contact the store representative directly using chat/video chat and additional interactive tools that will allow customers to have a better understanding of the product before they actually buy it. We have used the tools and API of Moxtra Technologies to make this idea possible. Our target users are all the people who buy stuffs online. We want to give the users the opportunity to talk to the specific person that has the knowledge of the product before they actually buy it. Our platform allows the user to connect interactively with the designated person. We hope this will help users to know well about the product before they make a purchase.
