Our inspiration comes from the common problem of long and unpredictable waiting times in hospitals, banks, government offices, and service centres. We wanted to create a smart solution that allows people to track their queue, know their estimated waiting time, and receive notifications without waiting physically for long periods. SmartQueue aims to make the waiting process more convenient, transparent, and efficient.
