Inspiration: We were inspired by the Duolingo app.
What it does: Our app teaches users simple Chinese words and phrases; they are also quizes the users can take
How we built it: We built our app by first planning out our app on a google doc and then writing the code in Code.org
Challenges we ran into: Collaboration with other people brought the problem of repeating code and different button and element names.
Accomplishments that we're proud of: We are proud of getting our code to work on time.
What we learned: We learned to keep better track of our element and button names in future projects.
What's next for Duolingo 0.05: Currently Duolingo 0.05 does not have a lot of different Chinese words and phrases, so next we plan on adding more Chinese words and phrases to the app. There should also be more questions so the user can expand their knowledge.
