As a high school student deeply passionate about AI and investing, I noticed that most stock market apps are either too complex or too risky for beginners. Many people, especially students and young adults, want to learn how the stock market works but are afraid of making real financial losses. That’s where the idea for Dumbo AI was born.
I wanted to create an app that not only simulates real-world stock trading with real-time data, but also uses powerful AI like Gemini to guide users with smart predictions in simple language. By combining AI insights, live market trends, and a clean, fun interface, I aimed to build something educational, safe, and engaging.
The app uses Firebase for real-time portfolio tracking and DeepSeek AI for intelligent recommendations. It’s more than just a simulator—it’s a personal financial mentor for anyone who’s curious about investing but unsure where to start.
This project reflects my love for technology, finance, and solving real-world problems using AI. Through this app, I hope to inspire others to learn, experiment, and take their first step into the world of investing—fearlessly.
