Inspiration
We were inspired as we noticed something missing from existing smart contract platforms -- that there was no easy way for users to discover secure smart contracts relevant to their needs.
What it does
A platform that dumbs down the smart contract. This platform allows users to understand the security risks behind different smart contracts and search for smart contracts using keywords.
How we built it
We used the AvengerDao API to get risk analysis and Bsc Scan for any BSC and smart contract details, and lastly Semantic searching.
Challenges we ran into
We ran into a lot of rate limiting with our APIs and ended up needing to implement caching to avoid this
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Successful semantic search to determine the best suggestion for the smart contract, smooth integration for multiple APIs, and interactive and intuitive UI.
What we learned
Blockchain was a new area for most of us and integrating these different APIs while learning was a challenging yet rewarding learning experience.
What's next for Dumb Contracts
Adding more detailed analytics and allowing users to upload files to check for their submitted smart contracts
