The Leaderboard of everyone using the web application
We are inspired by a desire to bring us together in a supportive and fun environment. We wanted to find new opportunities and connect with other folks in the IT industry to expand our LinkedIn portfolio and support our future career aspirations. The most important things we learned are the importance of collaboration and adaptability as we explored new challenges that refined our approach based on feedback and new insights.
The biggest challenge was balancing diverse interests and ensuring everyone felt included and empowered to contribute their unique talents.
