I went to the wrong place first, and was a little late. I missed the presentation about what the objective of the was and what the preferred APIs were.
Groups naturally started forming from discussions about problems that are solvable within the 36 available hours.
I had previous experience with mapping, coordinates, crowd-sourcing content, and working in small teams.
