Ducktective: The case of the poisoned pond is a tongue and cheek callback to the olden days of children's point and click adventure games.. You play as Detective D. Duck, an "environmental detective" who is sent to a small town to track down the culprit who poisoned the local river.
The game is fairly short, encompassing 5 areas that you will explore and find interesting items in. Using your magnifying glass to identify potential objects of interest and using the key items you located is simple and intuitive, however, paying close attention to the story is generally advised, as it is the key to solving this mystery.

How we built it
Unity, with art assets made in blender, aseprite, and a little bit of ms paint. Two royalty free stock images were also used, for comedic effect, and with proper permission.
Challenges we ran into
In the final stretch we realised that caching things to change scenes in unity is really hard to do. So the entire game takes place on one scene.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Learning unity in a short time.
What we learned
Good intro to unity and it's many quirks.
