Inspiration
To find study buddies, especially in this current remote learning environment. We, as students, find it much harder to find teammates for group projects or a study buddy to learn together and stay motivated!
What it does
Connect learners together based on their answers about their learning style, current courses, preferred meeting time, etc
How we built it
We planned to use Firebase and integrate it with NodeJS for the backend and ReactJS for the frontend.
Challenges we ran into
Besides technical design like database choices, what cloud service to use, we face a challenge in what traits/attributes would be the most helpful in suggesting study buddies to students. And how we can design the app so that it encourages positive learning interactions!
