Project Name: DRWA.GURU - AI-Powered Platform for Real-World Asset Tokenization

Requirements Analysis: Our target users are RWA asset owners and institutional clients, investors. Current pain points are that the tokenization process for RWA projects is complex and lacks automated asset valuation and reliable verification methods. This project aims to connect physical assets to on-chain and trust mechanisms through multiple AI agents.

Scenario Story: Imagine a traditional asset owner (for example stocks, real estate, IP, debt claims, etc.) who wants to complete asset appraisal, confirmation of ownership, RWA-ization and verification through a simple Agent. The user only needs to upload asset photos/documents/videos, etc. through our Agents application; the AI agents can automatically complete verification, valuation, on-chain notarization, confirmation of ownership, and generate a credible RWA asset appraisal report.

Creative Expression: We are building an AI-driven physical asset tokenization platform. The core idea is to use AI agents to automate asset verification, valuation, on-chain notarization, and confirmation of ownership, simplifying the process and difficulty of traditional asset appraisal, and scientifically and comprehensively generating traditional asset RWA appraisal reports so that asset owners, investors, trading platforms, and regulatory authorities can better evaluate projects.

Product Structure: The platform includes multiple core agents: Asset Verification Agent (AI verifies assets), Asset Valuation Agent (user-defined parameters, AI evaluates value), On-chain Notarization Agent (AI generates on-chain reports), RWA Education Agent (the RWA Education Agent is the platform's fourth major pillar, guiding users to cope with the complexity of real-world asset tokenization and creating a more informative ecosystem). The initial DEMO selects real estate RWA projects as parameter references.
