Inspiration
Connection between doctor and patient is very distanced. we decided to take on aspect of it and make it easier, and that is prescription.
What it does
when doctor make a prescription, data is send to our ios app and remind the patient to take their medication on time.
How we built it
we used ruby on rails to create a web server having access to a relational data base, we save all the information about our patients and prescriptions on the server and keep the app and website maintained by that data.
Challenges we ran into
Every piece of this product use different system and language to process. The most difficult part was connecting all these platforms together which helped us to learn the most.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We have 3 different pieces of work which all have their own difficulties are created and working together in order to make a better health system.
What we learned
We all learned different skills and techniques. It goes from ruby on rails to xcode and swift for iphone.
What's next for Drug On Time
Future is unlimited. using our platform developers like us can make many different uses of doctors and patients being connected.
