The Python script we have discussed is a very basic example of how you might use GPIO pins on a Raspberry Pi to control a drone. Specifically, it could be used as a starting point for controlling the drone's motors, which often require PWM signals with pulse widths between 1000 and 2000 microseconds (1-2 milliseconds), typically interpreted as a throttle range from minimum to maximum.
