Inspiration

My brother had gotten in a bad ditracted driving related accident due to taxting on a phone so I wanted to develop a way to solve that problem.

What it does

The main feature that sets drivelock apart from other competitors is the function that locks apps while driving. No competitor allows guardians to lock specific apps of his or her choosing. This gives guardians full control of their children’s phones when in a moving vehicle. Drivelock doesn’t just block the notifications from apps, but prohibits a teenager from using specific apps while driving.This is integral in preventing distracted driving since it stops teenagers from being distracted in the first place. If the apps are locked, teenagers have no reason to be on their phones.
