Driftpad

Inspiration

I realised that the note tools I used helped me only for notes which I wanted to see later too. But there was no good mac app which helped me make temporary notes which will automatically disappear.

What it does

So I made Driftpad, an app which helps you make temporary notes with just one tap in the menu bar and they fade into the background so that they don't disturb you.

How I built it

I used swift to make the app and generated most of the code with claude while I brainstormed about the app's designs and functionality.

What's next for Driftpad

I am thinking about making a Windows version for it too. As for features, I will listen to the feedback of the people and then introduce new features.
