Drift

Inspiration

People forget meaningful moments — photos never revisited, voice notes never replayed. I wanted to design something that brings those lost moments back in a beautiful way.

What it does

Drift lets users save memories as glowing bubbles floating in a space-like interface. Tap any bubble to revisit a memory, add new ones via photo or voice note, and receive notifications when a memory drifts back to you.

How we built it

I designed it in Figma using the AI prototyping tool to generate screens

Challenges we ran into

I had never used Figma before. I had to learn the tool from zero while building the project at the same time.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I completed a working interactive prototype as a complete beginner

What we learned

A simple, focused idea executed cleanly beats a complex one done poorly.

What's next for Drift

Adding real memory storage, AI-based resurfacing based on mood and time of day, and the ability to share memory constellations with friends.
