Dream Journal AI

Inspiration

Dreams have always fascinated people. Many people wake up curious about what their dreams mean, but there are very few modern tools that make dream interpretation interactive, visual, and enjoyable.

I wanted to build something creative, emotional, and useful with MeDo — not just another chatbot. The idea was to turn dreams into meaningful insights, beautiful AI-generated images, and cinematic short videos.

What it does

Dream Journal AI allows users to write or speak their dreams.

The platform then uses AI to:

• Analyze symbols and emotions inside the dream
• Generate a deep dream interpretation
• Create stunning dream-themed images
• Generate short cinematic dream videos
• Read interpretations aloud using voice
• Save dream history
• Share dreams in a public gallery

How I built it

I built Dream Journal AI using MeDo's no-code platform and integrated multiple official plugins.

The app combines:

• Large Language Model for dream analysis
• Kling Image Generation for dream artwork
• Kling Video Generation for cinematic dream videos
• Speech-to-Text for voice dream input
• Text-to-Speech for audio playback

I also designed a futuristic animated cosmic UI to make the experience immersive and memorable.

Challenges I ran into

The biggest challenge was connecting multiple AI systems into one smooth user flow.

I had to solve:

• LLM routing and backend errors
• JSON parsing for dream analysis
• Automatic image/video generation after AI analysis
• Public gallery structure
• Responsive UI design
• Better user experience across devices

What I learned

This project taught me how powerful no-code AI platforms can be when creativity meets persistence.
