About the Project
Inspiration
This project began with two ambitious AI-driven ideas: Kamila, the Dream Analyzer, and Clara, the Content Strategist. Both were designed to harness AI to enhance creativity and self-awareness, but with different applications.
- Kamila was envisioned as a dream interpretation companion, helping users capture and analyze their subconscious thoughts through AI-driven speech recognition and NLP.
- Clara was intended to be a content strategy companion for creators—helping brainstorm, generate, and execute ideas, with automation for content creation and publishing.
Due to time constraints and technical limitations, we prioritized Kamila, as it was more feasible to complete using ElevenLabs and GPT-4 Omni Mini. However, Clara remains an exciting concept for future development.
What We Learned
This project provided valuable insights into AI integration, automation workflows, and API connectivity. We explored speech-to-text processing, AI-driven content generation, and automation tools like Make and Lovable to streamline creative workflows.
One of our biggest takeaways was understanding the technical gaps in implementation, particularly in connecting multiple AI models across different platforms. While we successfully linked ElevenLabs to Fal.ai and created a homepage in Lovable, we faced challenges in fully integrating Fal.ai within Lovable’s workflow.
How We Built It
Kamila (Dream Analyzer) – Completed Prototype
Kamila was successfully developed using:
- Speech-to-text AI (ElevenLabs) to capture and transcribe whispered dream descriptions.
- GPT-4 Omni Mini to interpret dreams and provide insightful analysis.
- A structured NLP pipeline to analyze dream themes, emotions, and symbols.
- A Lovable interface to offer users a seamless way to interact with their dream logs.
Clara (Content Strategist) – Unfinished Vision
The goal for Clara was to:
- Help content creators generate ideas by analyzing trends and brainstorming strategies.
- Use Fal.ai to generate an image or teaser video, making content more dynamic.
- Automate posting to social media via Make, streamlining content distribution.
- Build an interactive frontend with Lovable, where creators could see their AI-generated content and manage their posting schedule.
Despite successfully linking ElevenLabs to Fal.ai and building a homepage in Lovable, we faced integration challenges connecting Fal.ai to the Lovable interface, preventing full execution.
Challenges Faced
1. API Integration & Workflow Complexity
- Connecting multiple AI services (ElevenLabs, Fal.ai, Lovable, Make) required more advanced technical expertise than we had on the team.
- Kamila was simpler to execute, while Clara required deeper API connections and automation that we couldn’t fully implement within the timeframe.
2. Content Generation Limitations
- Fal.ai occasionally produced incoherent or irrelevant content for Clara’s strategy insights.
- AI-generated content for long-form responses was truncated, impacting usability.
3. Resource Constraints
- We needed a more technical developer on the team to properly integrate all the moving parts of Clara.
- Given time limitations, we pivoted to Kamila, ensuring we completed a polished, working prototype rather than stretching our resources too thin.
Conclusion
While Kamila (Dream Analyzer) was successfully built and functional, Clara remains an exciting work-in-progress with strong potential. Future iterations could:
- Expand Kamila’s capabilities by integrating deeper dream analysis, voice AI interactions, and personalized insights.
- Fully develop Clara, refining AI-generated content workflows, connecting all API components, and optimizing automation for seamless content execution.
