My Civic Complaint Analyzer enables citizens to report issues and uses AI to analyze and categorize complaints efficiently. It can help authorities identify problems faster, prioritize urgent issues, and improve public services. The vision is to create a transparent, responsive, and connected city where every citizen’s voice matters. My Dream City is not just smarter—it is a city that listens, learns, and takes action.
