Inspiration
I am a big fan of Rick and Morty and many great animations and Japanese anime even some of them are a bit niche, so that I really want a portrait of their styles for social networks. Not only myself, but a lot of my friends held the same belief as me. Thus, this website has been developed.
What it does
This website is developed for users to upload photos and videos to generate their own portraits from their favourite animes.
How we built it
The algorithm is neural style transfer and implemented via Pytorch and accelerated via oneAPI. The website is developed via Flask in Python.
Challenges we ran into
Building a stable model and finding the specific feature of photos and videos is not easy.
