Inspiration

Needed to draw trendlines over a chart on desktop and mobile devices.

What it does

Draws straight lines over a chart so investors can do technical analysis on it.

How I built it

With fabric.js, html, css and some javaScript.

Challenges I ran into

Figuring out that e.pageX on desktop and e.originalevent.touches[0].pageX on mobile are the same thing.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

Got it implemented into the main project. Works on mobile!

What I learned

Mobile touch events, fabric.js, a little canvas.

It will be demoed and pushed up to production next week.
