Dragon Weather

Inspiration

We wanted to see an application that can produce a lot of different geographical and climate data in just the press of a button.

What it does

It currently proveides the user with temperature data, levels of precipitation and levels of vegetation in the area, for any place on earth.

How I built it

We bult it using javascript for frontend and python for backend, utilizing Sentinel hub and World weather online to gather the neccessary data.

Challenges I ran into

Using new APIs under a 24 hour deadline is always a challenge, no matter how many times we did it already.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

We actually managed to finish the app, albeit with a slight delay.
