You have to run from a dragon that starts out slow, but as time goes on it gets faster and faster, making it more difficult to survive. You also have a sprint bar, which gives you extra speed the higher it is, but drains fast and regenerates slowly. Your view distance is also extremely small, making it difficult to see where you're going and where the dragon is.
