Inspiration

Our team was inspired to create ChatMD after experiencing difficulties using webMD. We realized that a chatbot would be more effective for preliminary diagnosis and recommending a specialist to users.

What it does

ChatMD automates the diagnosis process and connects patients with a specialist in their area. The chatbot provides contact details for the specialist and sends a document with the preliminary diagnosis to the specialist on behalf of the patient. Users can describe their symptoms to ChatMD, which then matches them with the appropriate specialist.

What's next for ChatMD

Our team has set milestones for ChatMD to improve its capabilities. One of these milestones is to integrate computer vision technology to enable ChatMD to categorize or identify issues using photos. We believe that this will make the diagnosis process more accurate and efficient for users.
