Inspiration

The HR E&W Team conducts various initiatives for its employees across different geographies for engagement and wellbeing. One such Initiative is the Eye Care Programee. The Team gets quotes from various eye care providers to provide eye care consultation for its employees. A formal communication is sent to all the employees with a form in email and these details are registered on the external medical providers system and an appointment is generated for the employee under the company’s cost code. Once the employee uses the service the medical provider charges the company and provides billing information for payment processing as per the agreed rates. In addition, the team wants to add self-help checks for their employees via email interface etc.

What it does

A Ui Path App is used as front-end app to provide employees with 2 preliminary eye screening tests and interface to book an appointment replacing boring email forms. This Data is stored on the Ui path Data service and then Ui Path Robot is triggered to book appointment on external medical system for the employee. The employee receives the confirmation and completes the appointment (virtual or face to face). After this the eye care provider sends the billing information periodically and Ui path Robot validates this information with the Data service and processes the payment on financial system and posts it on the HR portal based on the cost code of the business unit. This would provide end to end automation of this process providing the end user a rich user experience and accurate processing for the HR team removing and human requirement in the process.
