Inspiration

I saw a lot of students who was suffering from don't having motivation to read books. Even in my experience I couldn't help it. So I decided to create platform where students will be able to read books, listen to them, chat and communicate with other readers while reading. I also come up with a new feature where students can participate in reading competitions and win various gifts. I truly believe that this website will help every student including me.

What it does

You can read books, listen to them, participate in competitions, communicate with other readers.

How we built it

I used HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, canva etc.

Challenges we ran into

I had problem with my code in signup page, but then I solved it with the help of Google. I also had problems with github, I couldn't connect to it, then with the help of staff in discord we solved it. I also wanted to create place where students will feel comfortable to read, so i tried to build better UI and UX design.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Asked more then 15 students about this idea, 12 of students liked idea and supported it. Tried to do my best for creating website.

What we learned

I attended echo3d workshop and leared how to build simple app. thank you) I also improved my ability with using github.

What's next for Dr.Book

I believe that this idea should be improved, so i will do my best to add new features to the website. I also will look for other students to help improve my idea. And we will build big interesting website with many functions.
