This solution is entitled “Double Trouble for Robo Calls.” The solution accomplishes the objective by utilizing the public switched telephone network’s (PSTN) ability to record interoffice call traffic coupled with the ability for end users to report when a robo call has been received. Additionally, these sources of information are used by a central server to isolate a suspect set of robo calling directory numbers (DNs) or cluster them in the case of gray traffic to the originating class 5 end offices and/or PBXs.
