The inspiration behind developing and implementing chatbot projects generally stems from the desire to enhance user interactions, provide efficient customer support, automate routine tasks, and offer a more personalized and engaging user experience.

Chatbots can automate repetitive tasks and answer frequently asked questions, freeing up human resources to focus on more complex and value-added activities. It is efficient. It is 24/7 Availability, Chatbots can provide round-the-clock support, ensuring that users can get assistance or information at any time, regardless of business hours. Chatbots can handle multiple conversations simultaneously, making them scalable for businesses with a growing user base.

It Improves Customer Experience, Chatbots can offer instant responses, personalized recommendations, and a more interactive experience, contributing to an overall improved user experience.

We built this project by using HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript. And also we used OpenAi APi to run the bot.

We do faced many challenges while building this project. Designing a chatbot that accurately understands and interprets user input, especially in natural language, can be challenging. We need to handle many different types of Slangs and Languages. Context management and Training the Bot Quality to respond and reply back to the user.

After facing many problems. We do successfully deployed our project and making it accessible to the all users. And also the user engagement with the bot is really well and good.

Adding many features in our DoraBot website. which are like adding many new cartoon characters and also anime characters so that user can change according to their favorite characters. And also we want to implement photo searching. Where user can ask their question through Photos.
