Inspiration
Oscar was motivated to solve a 100 piece puzzle which he has been doing for 7 years.
What it does
Solve puzzles but not really, because there is no working backend.
How we built it
React frontend website and python backend. Training a Yolo model.
Challenges we ran into
Corner detection for pieces in the jigsaw. Matching pieces.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Getting outline on pieces and training a good model. Decent looking frontend.
What we learned
We need sleep. Intro to ML.
What's next for DOOT
Try and solve a 200 piece puzzle.
