Our story In 2020, because of COVID-19, we found out that door-to-door microlearning was necessary to teach in Ecuador because 83,9% of the rural population doesn´t have internet access. The solution is to use technology to create a network that helps people who don´t have technology access, by offering all these vulnerable persons a different teaching model and resources. For the implementation, teachers are the channel to reach students, and social collaboration is the key to provide teachers all resources needed to safely work and teach microcontent to their students, door-to-door, one-to-one, for an hour a week. After the pandemic crisis, Human Mindset will keep its services to mentor teachers and foster high-quality education on an equal basis. For execution and escalation, Human Mindset needs to be supported by international funds, teacher sponsorships, CSR programs, and individual donations. Our goals Generate statistics, traceability and a global map of educational needs. Provide a transparent and impactful CSR program to any organization. Bring resources, training, research opportunities, scholarship information, and visibility to rural teachers. Give feedback, time, and peace of mind to vulnerable families. Offer a collaborative-microlearning education modality, as a Collaborative & Sharing Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Education Framework, through door-to-door and one-to-one.
