Inspiration
Most word puzzles reward convergence. Dont Wordle reverses that objective: every clue still matters, but the player must preserve options and avoid the single hidden answer.
What it does
The game runs directly in the browser. Each turn returns familiar letter and position feedback, while the strategy centers on legal decoy words rather than a fast solve.
How it was built
The experience uses browser-native HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with a responsive interface for desktop and mobile play. The rule loop tracks confirmed positions, misplaced letters, exclusions, and duplicate-letter counts.
Strategy
A reliable turn checks four things: every confirmed position still matches, no excluded letter has returned, more than one candidate remains, and the proposed word reveals new information.
