Dont Psych Alone

Inspiration:

Physically or Mentally people who suffer the fate of facing a deadly or severe natural disaster undergo distress and depression. This app as name suggest "Dont Psych Alone" is a platform where victims seek love, help and support by not only Authorities but also the communities and other fellow victims. State of mind&soul can be much improved not only by interacting and getting all kinds of aid from different channels but also volunteering to be part of the frontline forces is a great opportunity to make the community stronger.

What it does:

This project is a Twilio based phone application where victims of natural disasters can talk to authorities about their issues or obtain emergency contacts of respective authorities during calamities. Users use this application to access a conference forum which connects victims to each other using calling facility so that victims can use this platform to interact and help each other out to those in need. Distressed people can communicate with each other to find a solution for solving the destruction created by the natural phenomenon. Volunteers and People looking to serve their nation can also use this application to contact the career department to join the frontline forces and rescue or provide physical and mental support towards victims of the disasters.

What's next for Dont Psych Alone:

Final implantation of the website is the next goal for this project. I aim to create a website that is inline with the phone voice application. The website is proposed to have different forums for different natural disaster and giving information to the user about causes, effects and possible relief/solutions to the issues the user might arise in case of emergency situations.
