DOMINO AI is a platform that helps companies understand the possible consequences of their decisions before taking action.

What it does

In many businesses, important information is spread across documents, databases, GitHub, and conversations. This makes it difficult to identify dependencies, spot risks, and understand how one decision affects customers or projects.

How we built it

Our solution brings this information together in Company Brain, a shared knowledge system that connects facts with their original sources.

Challenges we ran into

DOMINO AI has three main features. DOMINO analyzes relationships and identifies blockers. BLINDSPOT highlights missing information and uncertainty. PROTOCOL suggests clear actions to address the problems found.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We also use Triggerware to monitor changes in company data and automatically start a new analysis when relevant information changes.

What we learned

For example, imagine a company planning to shut down an old API. DOMINO can identify customers who still use it, check existing commitments, and show why the shutdown might be risky. If new usage appears, the analysis can update automatically.

What's next for DOMINA

Our goal is not to replace human judgment. We want to give teams clear evidence, explain what is known and unknown, and help them make more informed decisions with greater confidence.

This approach makes company knowledge practical, traceable, and useful during everyday decision making.
