Inspiration
Every day, teams and customers exchange thousands of repetitive questions across Slack, Teams, and community forums — yet over 60% of this knowledge never makes it back into documentation. Outdated wikis, scattered threads, and slow responses cost companies countless hours and lost productivity. Whether it’s software, marketing, or sales, teams keep answering the same FAQs while documentation lags behind. The result is fragmented knowledge, inconsistent answers, and an ever-growing gap between what’s known and what’s written down.
Project Description
Docusync Agent is an intelligent documentation management system built using the AWS Strands framework and deployed on the AgentCore runtime. It leverages a multi-agent architecture where specialized agents handle FAQ resolution, documentation updates, and knowledge synchronization across communication platforms like Slack, Teams, and customer forums.
The system continuously listens to user queries, provides instant answers from verified sources, and intelligently updates or enriches internal documentation whenever gaps are detected. Designed for scalability and continuous learning, DocuSync transforms static documentation into a living, self-improving knowledge ecosystem for teams and customers alike.
