Inspiration

Managing rental agreements and legal documents is often stressful, confusing, and time-consuming. Many people don’t understand the risks hidden inside contracts, and businesses lose valuable time reviewing repetitive legal paperwork.
We wanted to create a smart, AI-powered solution that makes contracts simple, transparent, and secure for everyone.

What it does

DocuShield is a digital contract assistant that:

Creates rental & legal agreements in minutes.
Highlights risks and compliance issues automatically.
Shows analytics & visual graphs for better understanding.
Acts like a personal AI legal coach to explain terms clearly.
Works seamlessly on mobile & desktop as a responsive app.

How we built it

Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (fully responsive design).
UI/UX: Modern layout with charts, animations, and mobile-friendly design.
Data Visualization: Interactive graphs to make contracts more transparent.
AI Concept: Designed the workflow for AI to analyze and explain contracts in the future.
