DocuFollow AI is a consent-first document-collection workspace for admissions teams and other document-collecting organisations.
It replaces scattered reminders, calls, and spreadsheets with one trackable workflow: create a reusable document checklist, import cases, let people upload documents through a private portal, review submissions, and use CALL‑E only for an explicitly consented follow-up.
The live demo uses a college-admissions case, but the same template-based workflow can be used by consultancies, HR teams, accountants, training institutes, and service firms.
