Inspiration
We wanted to make something that could help save more lives, basically through reducing human error. So thats how we came up with the idea of doctrack, to help doctor/staff know if their patient is very critical.
What it does
It basically monitors a patient's ICU monitor all the times, using OpenCV, and the upper and lower limit of all the categories are stored in advanced. So if at any instance, the limit goes off the allowed range, it will initiate an alert notification which will be sent to the doctor using flutter and firebase.
How we built it
For identifying and monitoring ICU monitor values, we've used OpenCV, coded a webpage using HTML-CSS, and made the mobile app using flutter. Both web and mobile are connected together using Firebase services like firestore and firebase cloud messaging etc.
Challenges we ran into
We were all new to hackathons and real life projects, so it was a major challenge to work with that.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We are very proud of our idea, and the way we've come forward in order to tryna complete it as much as possible.
What we learned
We learned a bunch of things, including:-
Flutter
Firebase
OpenCV
HTML-CSS3
design aspects
What's next for Doctrack
We would love to complete the project and try to contact places where we can test run it!
