We wanted to explore how emotion tracking would work in high stress video appointments. In the demo physician gets information about customers heart rate, emotions and also own behaviour.
Demo is a video that combines Affdex application, added assets and drama method.
Emotion tracing seems not accurate enough, but heart rate and behaviour tracking help already a lot in creating emotional awareness in video appointment.
