Docs Universe is a web based Dapp that allows to store important assets on IPFS instance. Ownership of files is securely recorded on the Ethereum blockchain making it the best platform to store assets

To provide highest privacy to life important assets as well documents of the user using new technologies like Decentralization using Blockchain, IPFS.

What it does

Docs Universe web-based DApp (Decentralized Application) that can record all kinds of digital document management operations. This application was created as a digital document management platform that focuses on maintaining the integrity value of every digital document processed in this application. The application consists of 3 main features, namely “Store”, “Ownership” and “Transfer”. This DApp take advantage of Solidity smart contracts, InterPlanetary File System (IPFS), React and web3.js.

Challenges we ran into

Challenges we face like

  1. For understanding the logics of smart contracta
  2. Not able to get Tx Hash from IPFS due to errors in our web3 files
  3. Difficulties while transferring one file to another account
  4. Also face some difficulties in React because I'm from backend background.
  5. Unable to implement WalletConnect to our front end for Mobile based wallets

Accomplishments that we're proud of

  1. Completed this intermediate level Blockchain project using IPFS
  2. Learnt how to connect IPFS, smart contracts and web3 with Truffle ## What we learned

What's next for Docs Universe

Deploying this project on mainnet Ethereum blockchain I'm going to add WalletConnect feature so that mobile user also can use also separate Chat window for help
