Docket Lens

DocketLens was inspired by the difficulty of researching thousands of public comments while keeping findings traceable. We built a shared workspace where people and agents search Regulations.gov, compare submissions, and pin exact excerpts through WebMCP before preparing a cited brief. We learned that useful agent collaboration depends on shared context and visible human review. Key challenges included handling API pagination, validating quotes against original records, and keeping unreviewed evidence out of exports.

WebMCP connects the agent to the analyst’s live evidence board: it searches comments and pins excerpts, the analyst verifies or removes them, and the agent reads those decisions to prepare a cited brief.
