Nowadays, Normally people are not known all about the diseases, treatment or symptoms related to the particular Diseases. Minor diseases or small problems people don’t wanna go to visit the doctor or get an appointment and show the problem to the respective Doctor it is simply more time-consuming too. Getting an appointment from the good doctor by calling a telephonic way for the Appointments it’s quite hectic. Therefore these types of problems solved by using the chatbot by providing the proper guidance related to health information. Docbot108 is a Chatbot and it uses the Natural Language Processing that helps the user to input their problem about the disease or health issues. The user can ask any type of problem-related to the Health at any time without visiting the Hospital. Users can chat on a Facebook Messenger, Whatsapp or the user can use instead of the Google Assistance too. Therefore the user also asks in a telephonic way to the Docbot108 by dialing a number. When the user query sent to the bot and the bot will display the information related to the query.
