Inspiration

We were inspired by existing document to PDF viewers, as well as tools that allow you to input an image and output it in a format that is more accessible to be used in various tasks in everyday life.

What it does

DoC-To-POW is an AI-powered website design to eliminate your pain of converting scripts to slides by hand. With just 5 clicks, it would generate a presentation slide for you. DoC-To-POW gets an image or a document (of various types) and outputs a presentation.

How we built it

We built it using Python, Fast API, React.js, Next UI, Figma with 3 external API services.

Challenges we ran into

Sleep deprivation

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We're proud of making a well responsive and well designed UI with an integrated backend and frontend service that accomplishes the task within 24 hours.

What we learned

We learned how to collaborate in a team and we gained deeper insights into the technologies that were were each respectively using. Without doubt, our programming and design skills were also greatly enhanced.
