As with many of my projects, they are driven by a need within the companies I work for at the time. This is no different. A new testing facility was setup to ensure our usable parts, such as hoses, connectors, T's etc., are certified to handle the amount of pressure we put through them when pumping cement down an oil or gas well to shore them up. with this we also need a way to track the results of these tests.

Note: This is an internal build and will not be available to the public.

What it does

The system is a fairly simple batch based item testing tracker. First a Batch is created and then all the parts that are part of the batch are entered with key details such as serial numbers, etc. then as testing is performed, the results are recorded in the system and the output from the charting platform that is used will be uploaded into the system. It will have a true signature area and will have the ability to reproduce the chart from the csv file that is uploaded form the charting platform online for external users (such as field hands, field supervisors, etc.) can review without having to download and installing the charting software locally.
