What it does

Our application is a chat bot with additional functionality. It tries to match the user input, and reply back with an appropriate response. The additional functionality is to cartoonize an image, with as much images as you want. If you don’t want a cartoon version of it, there is also a sketch version available.

using cv2 package and Tkinter in python
