Inspiration
Led bulb stop working before date of expiry. I thought there must be the DIY of it and starting thinking about diy
What it does
It repaired bulb and bulb starts glowing.Not everytime this hack will work because we can not say which element got damage.
How we built it
Open the bulb and observe the LEDs which are connected together.There must be 1-2 LEDs looks different from other LEDs(these are damaged ones).Remove those damaged one with copper wire and use solder machine to connect wire with other leds
Challenges we ran into
First challenge I faced that it is difficult to open the led bulb itself.Lot of energy I applied to open it. Secondly find the damaged one led by observing or testing with multimeter.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
I succeed in my DIY and repaired my led bulb.
What we learned
Bulb stopped working because some led may damaged due to many reasons and they break the circuit. I meant break the continuity of flowing current.
What's next for DIY leb bulb repairing
Other DIY is that..you can the circuit and observe the capacitor whether it is leaking or not.Sometime..due to leakage ...bulb also not working properly.
